Sipnovo Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sipnovo, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

📝 Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items

    • Personalized or custom products

    • Perishable goods (like coffee blends)

🚚 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@sipnovo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.

  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds:

    • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

    • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sipnovo.com.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@sipnovo.com for assistance.

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
